Life Care Planning


Definition: The Life Care Plan is a dynamic document based upon published standards of practice, comprehensive assessment, data analysis and research, which provides an organized, concise plan for current and future needs with associated cost for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injury or have chronic health care needs.

Experience and Expertise
Cathryn began writing life care plans during the late 1980's, and has written or analyzed existing plans for workers compensation, product liability, medical malpractice, and professional negligence cases. She has worked for plaintiff and defense attorneys in the life care planning role, and has also worked as an Expert Witness on nursing negligence cases.
